Philip Okun has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost 30 years.  During that time he has been involved in all aspects of the business including brokerage, leasing, development, financing and acquisition.  Most recently he has been involved in the development of shopping centers and condominiums in Poland.

In brokerage he has hired and trained scores of sales agents who have gone on to successful real estate brokerage and development careers.  Most of his career has been with the Polimeni Organization where he formerly served as President of Polimeni International, and Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Management, which is Polimeni’s affiliated management company.

He and company CEO Vincent Polimeni have spearheaded a development campaign in Poland.  They have successfully completed numerous shopping centers that have been sold to institutional purchasers and currently have in excess of one dozen new commercial and residential projects at various stages of development.

Mr. Okun is a founder and sits on the Board of Directors of Hanover Community Bank located on Long Island.  Additionally he is a licensed real estate broker, a partner in Realty Connect USA, LLC,  a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, an accredited New York State continuing education instructor and a Coast Guard licensed sea captain.

He lives in Lloyd Harbor, N.Y. and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  with his wife Linda.
